We hope to inspire your creativity with the projects we share here. We are home schoolers and love to be different, learn new things and have fun. We try to be as open minded as possible and when people say you should do something in a certain way, we ask why? Why should we follow suit? We are all unique and process things in different ways, so we should be free to express ourselves in our own way.
Check out our About Us page for more information about us and what we do.
I hope this brings you creative joy and inspiration.
Crochet is a recent passion of mine. I only started in 2014 and think I have progressed quite quickly with it. I started learning from two children’s books - “Stitch by Stitch” by Jane Bull & “Crochet for Children” by Claire Montgomerie - which I got from the library and anything I couldn’t quite follow I looked up online. The first crocheter I found was Donna Wolfe on her Naztazia YouTube channel. Even though it is in US terminology, it is easy to follow what she is doing and she really puts you at ease with the learning process of crochet. From this I was absolutely hooked (literally) and you may even call me yarn obsessed! I love a good yarn! I am drawn to anything yarn related and I have so many ideas I can’t keep up with myself. I even keep a log of all the yarns I use and rate them out of 5 for use, cost and feel. That being said, I am thoroughly enjoying it and want to share my creations with you to get you YARN INSPIRED. I have also included a few FREE patterns for the items I designed myself.
I hope this brings you creative joy and inspires you to start your own yarn-tastic journey.
